How long can I work with my FlexiWORKr assistant?

As long as you want! There is no time limit to how long can work with your assistant. If you are happy with your VA they’re yours as long as you keep your monthly subscription active.

How do I communicate with my FlexiWORKr?

We're adaptable and happy to use your preferred communication tool whether it be email, messaging service like Slack or Whatsapp, video call platforms like Google Meets or Zoom, phone call etc – it’s up to you.

Absolutely. Your assistant can arrange meetings and manage your calendar with ease. Simply share and grant your assistant access to manage your calendar. It’s that simple!

Will my FlexiWORKr assistant be available on the weekend or after working hours?

Our team work standard business hours from 8am to 5pm GMT (Monday to Friday). You can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend and your business assistant will receive the task(s) the following business day to begin working on them. Some of our assistants are available to work Saturdays however this will need to be pre arranged.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No, we don’t ask you to commit to any contracts. If you decide that you don’t want to continue with our services then you can cancel straight away and never make another payment.

How do I get started?

Once you have signed up online, you will be sent an email with an Onboarding Form for you to share company info, brand info and upload your digital assets.  You will also be invited to log into your client portal where you will be able to link your social media accounts and view real time performance analytics. Next, you will join us in an introductory onboarding call. Once we have researched your business and industry in-depth, we will create your first week of social media posts. When our proofreaders have finished doing their thing, we will email you with a preview of your first week of posts. You can then either ask for revisions or simply approve the posts.

How long will it take before you start?

Once you sign up, it will usually take between 4-7 days before your first week of social media posts will be ready for review.
